New Session Begins Tuesday, July 8th 6:30 PM
Meet at the Corner of A1A & Palmetto Park Road

Interested in getting 'faster'? Try incorporating the BRRR speed workout into your training.
The 'BRRR Speed Workout' is a 12 week cycle consisting of various types of 'speed' workouts with a 3 week 'rest' between each cycle.
The workouts are open to runners of all levels (5:00 min/mile to 12:00 min/mile). You should be running between 15-20 miles a week already before you start 'speed workouts'.
Speed Workouts are 'free' to current BRRR members and will cost $2.00 per session for non BRRR members.
